My publisher calls to talk to me about Black jack, Video Poker, Gambling with No Money and More

My phone rang. It was my publisher. "Hi Bobby. We're calling regarding your new book."
"Which one?" I asked them.
"The one entitled, Black jack, Video Poker, Gambling with No Money and More."
"Oh that one. It's great. The readers will love it. How do you like the title? It's my favorite part." I was rambling. I was nervous.
"Bobby, do you have some time now to talk? You sound rushed."
"Sure, what would you like to discuss?" This didn't sound good.

They want a sequel to Black jack, Video Poker, Gambling with No Money and More

"Well Bobby, we liked the book. In fact we liked it a lot."
My heart started beating again. That was close. "Is something wrong with the title? Is it too long?"
"No, we like Black jack, Video Poker, Gambling with No Money and More. It tells the reader exactly what they'll be getting from the book."
"So what's up for discussion?," I was clueless.
"We want a sequel. What about a Black jack, Video Poker, Gambling with No Money and More Continues? Are you game? No pun intended." My publisher laughed.
"I'm game," I answered. I was laughing too but for different reasons.
