How do I download more games?

 

Wild Jack Casino software lets you add more games easily through the software. To download new games you can use one of the following methods:

Method 1

  • Run the software and log on.
  • In the menu bar, click on "Options" and then "View available upgrades".
  • Select the games you wish to download.
  • The installation wizard will guide you through the download process.

Method 2

  • Run the software and log on.
  • In the main screen, click on the game icon that you would like to download (i.e. games not downloaded are grayed out).
  • The installation wizard will take you through the process.

Method 3 If you downloaded Wild Jack Casino after June 7th 2001, you will be running the new MUP+ version of our software.

  • While you are logged on to the casino software, additional games will automatically download in the background while you play, in a predefined order.
  • If you would like to download a particular game, simply click on the game icon on the cruiser menu. The game will begin downloading immediatley. Upon completion, the system will pick up where it left off downloading the other additional games.

Why is a game grayed out?

 

The casino software highlights games that you have not yet downloaded by graying them out. These games may be added to your collection at any time by choosing one of the methods displayed above.

What do I do if a game has "upgrade available" written on it and is grayed out?

 

You need to download the latest updated version of this game, which is now available. Follow the instructions above to download the new version.

What if I get an error while downloading further games?

 

If you encounter any errors while downloading further games, call our toll-free Support Desk. We're on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or write to us at support@wildjackcasino.com.

Why does it take so long to download new games?

 

The number of games you have selected, your Internet connection, and conditions of your Internet Service Provider's (ISP) network all affect your download time, and can make downloading longer than normal.
